INSPIRE, EMPOWER AND ENCOURAGE
Elect Her is a non-partisan organisation working to motivate, support and equip women in all their diversity to stand for political office in Britain. We need women like you to reach equal representation in Government!
We offer practical, hands-on training and support to help women get started on their political journeys. We encourage all women to take one of our free online workshops to demystify the process of getting involved in politics, and to join one of our online Peer Support Circles to support their political ambitions more deeply with a community of like-minded women.
Formerly known as The Parliament Project, we’re active across England, Scotland & Wales, and nearly 5000 women have attended our workshops to date. We’re creating a groundswell of women entering political parties to ultimately achieve 51% female representation in all spheres of politics.

What People Are Saying
“The cross party team work is one of my highlights in Elect Her’s work. Though we belong to different political parties, we put that aside & focus on why we want to be in politics. It's been amazing to work with women who share similar values & wants to be an agents of change.”
— Omolola
“I’ve had a busy year in politics; standing for Steering Committee, presenting a motion at Conference, becoming a Branch Co-Leader, campaign managing a local election campaign... I wouldn't have had the confidence to take any of these steps unless I'd been involved in Elect Her’s programmes.”
