We need your support to equip more women with the knowledge, confidence and skills they need to stand in elections.

We also directly fund women because campaigning for seats in elections is expensive. Our Fund Her Grants support women from under-represented backgrounds with the personal costs of campaigning.

For so many reasons supporting our work and our community is a worthwhile investment.

Ability is equally distributed between men and women, but time, after time, after time more men are voted to the tables of power, which doesn’t mean that we’ve selected the most able… It means there is a bias in our system - one that we are working to eradicate.
