This session covers the essentials of what you need to know to walk into any media interview confident and clear in what you want to say. Led by guest facilitator Jeffrey Ingold, you'll be taken through the essentials of how to physically and mentally prepare, along with learning a way to plan your key messages that will minimise any stress and anxiety. Finally, you'll learn how to navigate tricky, hostile or unexpected questions and have a chance to ask any questions you might have.

About Jeffrey

Jeffrey is an LGBTQ+ inclusion consultant, media trainer and freelance journalist. Jeffrey was formerly Head of Media at Europe’s largest LGBTQ+ charity. He has created and delivered media training sessions for over 60 organisations and individuals across the public, private and third sector including Liberty, Public Law Project, Momentum and the Town and Country Planning Association.
