Iram Woolley - A personal reflection on the Peer Support Circle Programme

By Iram Woolley

Peer circles is a cross party network with women who are aspiring political voices from all backgrounds in the UK.

What I love about being part of a mission where women value the work I’m doing and are proud of me standing, as I speak, as BAME NEC rep role in the Labour Party 😊, sharing and dealing with political noise.

I would definitely recommend showing up fully and participating to get the best out of it. First of all it’s not going to cost you a penny, everything is free, and you are under no obligation to stay, but when you sign up, you are hand held trained on using zoom, being part of deep dive subjects including networks utilisation, social media, well being, and campaigning.

I would like to see more women play fully out and participate throughout the programme, and get a e-certificate, if you attend all sessions.
